Q: What are your prices like and how are they determined?

A: Taglines works with several vendors from all over to offer competitive prices compared to bigger print shops. We determine our prices dependent on the brand, style, size, and design you are looking for as well as how much you are looking to get. Additionally, Taglines Merch does not charge for full color printing! The options are endless, but we are happy to work with you and offer the best price possible. Standard pricing can start as low as $9 and range to $15, dependent on what you are looking for.

Q: What is DTF transfer and how does it compare to other print-on-demand processes?

A: DTF transfer stands for "direct to film" which means that your design/image is printed onto a high quality transfer film which is then cut and printed on by using pressure and heat. When it comes to the many different print processes, DTF is our chosen printing process. It allows us to offer competitive prices without skimping on quality. It also allows us the ability to print on various different materials, where DTG (direct to garment) does not. DTG definitely has some pros to its process but through experience in both processes, DTF is Taglines Merch's chosen specialty for its quality, feel, and durability. Q: What is your typical turn around time once an order is in?

A: For standard orders and pricing--5 business days. This is dependent on the size of your order and if you are ordering a specialty brand or print. For specialty orders, they can take up to 7 business days. For orders over 100, you can expect your order completed within 2 business weeks. Your process starts as soon as your security deposit is received and you will receive updates during the wait! Due to out-sourcing the items needed to maintain competitive pricing, there is no guarantee on the turn-around time but rest assured--Taglines Merch is dedicated to providing your purchase as fast as possible.

Q: Are there any minimum requirements?

A: Nope! Taglines does not require a minimum order. It is highly recommended to order more for better prices. Savings can start at as low as a 10-12 minimum--dependent on product and design.

Q: What if I don't have a high resolution or vectored image/design?

A: No problem! Just send Taglines Merch what you have on hand or a description of what you are looking for. Additional charges may apply.

Q: Do you have a return policy?

A: We do not have a return system, but if for any reason you are unhappy with Taglines Merch's service please reach out and we will resolve any issues on a case-by-case basis. Taglines Merch wants to make sure you are 100% happy with your investment and service received so we will do all we can to resolve any concerns/problems.
